Standard Bank Discriminating

I have personal loans with Standard Bank. On the 20th of April 2020 I heard we are not getting a salary for April. I called them to apply for payment relief on the 20th. First the system wasn't working I then had to send an email which I did. On the 22nd I call to ask did they receive my email and can they help me the lady said I must wait and if I qualify they will reverse the money back if the debit order goes off. So tonight the 24th of April my personal loans go off from my account there is no money in and I'm charged for that by Standard Bank. Went on to the website here I see only people getting R7500 and less qualify for payment relief. I think in this time it doesn't matter what your salary is if you don't get salary you don't get. I feel Standard Bank is not helping us that pays more than R7500 then they must not open accounts for us.

Still no reply rather an email saying I must pay before my credit record is affected.
