Standard bank disasapointment
Dear hellopeter I'm writing this email sadly due to lack of standard bank attending my bank account complain. As you know that I wrote to you requesting a review regarding my case. Standard bank rep**** and appoined an official to assist me. Ms Zanele Hlatshwayo was that official and she asked me to send details regarding my case. I did send everything she requested for her to release my funds and after that she went silent. I never heard from her no email No phone call so I'm lost and deeply hurt since this is a serious matter.
I would be grateful if this matter can be resolved course it's been a long time. I hope that standard bank can appoint a competent formidable official to help me this time around.
