Standard Bank destroying my education and Future due to their mistakes.

I as a 21 year old student have recieved great results at Varsity thus far with Distinctions and cum laude passes, I was doing well but now my future is gone and I am unable to study further due to standard bank declining my extention on my loan, the reason, their own mistakes. My mother is a surity on my student loan and the bank are declining my student loan due to a garage card that she has not had in 15 years, she was fully paid up when the bank stopped that card and now they are saying that after 15 years of not saying a word its an issue, which according to law anything remaining should have become prescribed debt after 5 years anyway, a law that they are breaking. So after 15 years due to someone obviously not clearing this it's now a problem and my future is on the line, being held hostage due to the banks mistakes and their systems they don't know how to use, thankyou standard bank for destroying my future, you are a bunch of *****
