Standard Bank descriminating against their clients using taxis
I have placed an order for 1000 Pulas that I need to travel to Botswana tomorrow. I am here by Sandton city branch to collect my Pulas and I am being asked to produce my passport and the documents for the car that I will be using. I can only give them a passport since I will be using lifts or a taxi from Zeerust to Lobatse. I thought a teller Ms Ndumiso Khumalo was joking and I complained to Mr Oscar Khumalo who claims to be a branch Manager and he gave me the same stupid reason. He told me they don't help clients who use taxis or lifts. This is **************.
