STANDARD BANK DENIES CLIENT THE RIGHT OF OBJECTION IN ***** CASE

Im writing this review of my client who suffered a loss due to Standard Banks tardy ***** division service ( none ) and breakdown in ***** detection and prevention and that my client has no recourse to any assistance from any authority . Details are that his account was hacked from Standard Banks end and not from his internet banking . His bond account access funds were transferred out of his account and into a fictitious account in his name . The first he knew about it was when he was notified that his bond repayments were to increase following the withdrawl . He immediately called the ***** line but this call was not answered and neither numerous later attempts , he eventually managed to contact them the following morning .They initially offered him 50% refund of the funds and when that offer was refused they increased it to 75% . This is still not acceptable as 100% fault remains with Standard Bank as it certainly points to an "inside job" . Now for the best part : IF HE DISCUSSES THE OFFER WITH ANYONE THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE ENTIRE OFFER > THIS INCLUDES THE OMBUDSMAN WHO CONFIRMED THIS TO ME > SURELY THIS IS NOT LEGAL AS IT IS DENYING THE CLIENT ANY RIGHT AT ALL TO SEEK ASSISTANCE < LEGAL < OMBUD > OR ANYONE ELSE WHICH IS WHY I WILL NOT NAME HIM :
