Standard Bank - Delay in sending Paid up Letter

Please assist me with requesting paid up letters from the Debt review department at Standard Bank.

Immediate payments were made to my Cheque account *** and RCP loan account ***, the proof of payments were sent and numerous calls to request paid up letters,

I was told that the paid up letters would be sent after 3 business days.

My family and I would like to purchase a home and require the clearance certificates from my debt review counsellor so that we may proceed and get our names off credit bureaus.

Please assist me in this regards.
