Standard Bank Deceased Estates still ignoring request for NATIS papers
I have received terrible service from the deceased estates at Standard Bank for the estate of my husband Elijah Westmacott. They agreed after a year of emails to send me the papers for the vehicles. They sent me the estate papers but not the NATIS papers that they requested from standard bank vehicle finance on the 06/05/2015. They have ignored the emails sent to them and also the complaints resolution lady Nicole Kirkwood has also ignored the emails sent to her to resolve this and have the NATIS papers sent to me. Both vehicles are currently not registered and cannot be used on the road. HOW LONG STILL WILL THEY CONTINUE JUST IGNORING CLIENTS?
