Standard Bank Deceased Estates

To anyone reading this please stay away from Standard Bank to administer a deceased estate. My mom passed away in May 2020 in there were some communication up until April 2021. That were the last that Standard Bank actually gave me an update on the progress of my mom's estate. I called their complaints department, I was told to mail them and include the administrators in the email. Absolutely no response from Standard Bank at all up until now, no update, they do not answer any calls and no response to emails. It disgusting how they cant take 5 minutes to not answer a call or send and email.
