Standard Bank Deceased Estates

Standard Bank Deceased Estates Division is the most useless Division I've ever come across. My father passed away 2 years ago and the Attorneys handling the estate just need Bank statements from the Division in order to finalize the account. This simple request is obviously too much for the department to handle. The portal that is meant to be used, has been down for mo the and one would think the such a large Bank would make arrangements to fix the problem. Take your money out and look for another Bank because you don't want your loved ones left to deal with this pathetic service
