Standard bank debt review service really needs some training
We are under debt review, paid all our debts and need a paid-up letter. Been phoning standard bank for more than a year to get the letter. Every time they said account was handed to Attorney, now Attorney says Standard bank took the account back. Can someone please just give my paid-up letter, how difficult can that be?
