Standard Bank Debt Review Process Biased & Unreasonable!!!!

Standard Bank must be the worse bank in this country. I have been trying to resolve a matter for over three weeks now, only today they tell me that my court order is missing something. They never call to update on the matter. I must call them and hold the line for sometimes close to 40 mins before I can talk to anyone!!!! And the best thing they can tell me is that, my court order is missing something and they cant help me!! Do they know how long court processes take in this country?? Been on this case for almost two years now!! Just as I thought I am at the end of the road now they want me to start afresh! Yeseees!
