Standard bank debt review department organized chaos.

We are currently under debt review & have been paying our agreed installment without fail. I app**** for a payment break in April 2020 due to the current lockdown & loss of income. The request was granted on 8 May 2020 & "SBSA Debt Review Manager" department notified me accordingly. Under the agreement we qualified for a payment holiday for April, May & June. We were then required to resume with our monthly payments from 25 July as per the court order. I send an e-mail to SBSA Debt review department requesting them to laod a debit order for my payments, only to be told that the debt review is cancelled. I responded (with the supporting evidence (e-mail from them as well as court order), advising that we did not in any way renegade on our agreement. They are now threatening me with legal action. I sense a lack of communication internally as it seems like they have a lot of departments with the same function, which seems very ineffective, given how disorganized & miss aligned they are with their customers. Can someone competent, who pays attention to detail, please look into my matter & assist.
