Standard Bank Debt Review confusion

No empathy from Standard Bank. I am sure a lot of people are being affected by COVID financially and we are no different. My wife managed to secure employment but the her salary was low and we decided to go under debt review. The debt counselor engaged with the bank , all other creditors were understanding and agreed to a much lower adjustment to assist in this trying time. Standard bank however were adermant on the amounts they want which were minimal drops on the intial instalments . Eventually we had no choice but to accept. We have 3 kids and it was tough. Suddenly in October my wifes company advised that staff salaries are being reduced as COVID had hugely impacted the companies profits and instead of letting people go they decided that it would be best for everyone to take a pay cut. We immediately contacted the Debt counselor who then sent a request to the Standard Bank to consider a reduction. We keep following up and the counselor advised that the bank has not made a decision as yet. Late November i recieve a letter advising that my account has been exited from Debt Review. I then get a call that my vehicle will be reposesed if i dont pay arrears. We followed up again and counselor advised still no decision. I then called the bank, Debt review consultant Thabang then advised decision is pending and to advise repo guy that debt review is in progress and they must hold off as and answer will be sent in a day or 2. I continue to get calls from attorneys all harrasing me. I then called the bank again and this time spoke to a guy name Trust, he gave me a different version saying that decision was given on 7 December and my account was exited from debt review 17 November and i must pay arrears for my vehicle . Tried explaining everything but he kept repeating account has been exited. He could not understand my explaination. Eventually i told him that i want a supervisor to call as it is my right as we not resolving the issue and he start avaiding the request. that went on a while and said request has been sent for Natasha Naidoo to call me . I stipulated it must be within the hour as this has gone on too long and till now no one has called.
