STANDARD BANK DEBT REVIEW A JOKE!!!
If there was a -10 I would give this rating to the Standard Bank Debt Review Team.
I am currently on Debt Review and am going through the Form 19 process with my Debt Review company. My debt review company's Clearance division tried to make contact with Standard Bank's debt review team and was told that they were unwilling to help since according to Standard Bank I am registered with another Debt Review company. I mean how is it possible???? The other problem is that we need confirmation that a certain account is linked or converted into another account and we are getting ZERO assistance from Standard Bank Debt Review division. I have tried sending emails - NO-ONE gets back to me and every time it takes an additional 5 days supposedly according to the automated email. I have tried calling twice and once I was number 1 in the que - only for me to have to hand up 21 minutes later - HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??? I would like this matter to be addressed immediately please Standard Bank.
