Standard bank "debt "care" is a complete waste of time and effort.

Standard bank so called "debt care" is non existent and a complete waste of time. Both my wife and I separately app**** for the "3 month payment holiday" as we non of us are receiving salaries. We both received a mail last month to say that this had been granted and would be sent other another mail with details. Despite having sent numerous mails to follow up and speaking to the "debt care center" on 3 occasions, their staff don't have a clue how to answer the most basic questions and could not help. After all this my bond etc was still deducted and we still don't have any feedback.
