Standard Bank Debt Care Centre: My Worst Experience
The worst service by far! Please do not take out home loan with them. The service I have received to date has left much to be desired to say the least. The only thing that's been consistent about it is the subpar substandard lackluster service; consultants are rude, ignore requests, call outside business hours despite the multiple requests that I have made stating that I am only reachable during business hours. I have been trying to restructure a home loan with them and the experience has been appalling; I could use some real support during this time but I have received none so far.
As soon as I can I am moving my mortgage to another bank. Standard Bank was a terrible mistake!
If you were considering a home loan with them, reconsider! Look elsewhere!
