Standard Bank Debt Care Centre.

I have a home loan with Standard Bank. When contacting the home loan department and asking assistance by granting a payment holiday I was referred to the Debt Care Centre. I am in the process of selling a property that is bonded with another Bank and have signed an Offer to purchase. The Standard Bank bond will be paid in full or partially out off the sale of the property My wife and I also have a business account with Standard Bank. My very bad experience wirh the debt care centre during 2020 lockdown was a concern to me but I nevertheless thought I'd give it a try. Same terrible experience as last year. No answer to phone calls to the centre. Emails with attachments are not given attention to..Emails are not read. Replies on my emails are copied and pasted even by the supervisor. No contact numbers on *** day my applicatuon is withdrawn and the next i get three working days to submit financials. Yesterday I was granted 7 working days to submit documents (already submitted). Today the supervisor emailed again my application is withdrawn. At least the supervisor got my regular email address removed from spam and I got a reply. Withdrawn! Please Standard Bank, I herewith withdraw my application fir assistance. Terrible experience again.
