Standard bank debits on the day they feel like

I am so frustrated with changing debit order dates. Because of standard bank I have unpaids on my account and im being overcharged. It's been a year since I requested and it just doesn't damn get done. I'm fedup. I want a refund on all these unpaids and charges unnecessary. I'm completely annoyed. Standard Bank debits when they feel like it.

It's been over 24hours and still no response.. how more pathetic! Standard Bank takes your money and takes forever to get back to you to get a refund.
