Standard Bank Debiting Savings Account without consent for Loan

I have had a good standing Standard Bank account now for almost 3 years, have never missed a payment on any of my Standard Bank accounts, about a year and abit ago I took a small Access Loan, each month they automatically debited my account the moment my salary was paid in. About a month back they contacted me saying my Access Loan is in the arrears, I said its impossible as I get debited automatically, they said the first 2 months of the loan were not debited due to a fault on there side and we need to make arrangements to catch up that amount.

I argued and said its impossible due to the fact that the moment Iget paid I get debited almost immediately. Without coming to an agreement the matter was left unresolved, this morning I get a notice on my phone that they debited an amount from Savings account to pay the outstanding amount on my loan account. I called them to find out who gave them authorization to debit my Savings account when the debits were set for my Cheque account, they said they have the right to debit any of my Standard Bank accounts if an amount is outstanding longer then 12 months.

I gave the lady my email to show me where in my signed contract did I agree, aslo how did they know I had money in my savings account? Did they do a balance check without my consent nor a letter from court stating they could look into my account without my permission? Also they do now have the right to debit my Savings account as I did not give written consent that my savings account would ever be debited.

I am seriously upset and considering moving away from Standard Bank if my monies is not returned and an arrangement is not met.
