Standard bank debited R13519.92

This is not the first time standard bank doing this in my account the bank do not care about their customers what i know the customer is king i contacted the customer care number and they say we do not see a thing but the debit order went out even my bank confirmed it is standard home loans who ran that debit-order in my account i do not know whether I'm punished for choosing them to finances my home-loan but know i have to suffer every time, waste my money to contact them I'm now sick and tired of this bank standard bank the amount that I'm paying every month on my bond is R 4802 and this is the amount that i can afford and it is on my contract with them but they decide to debit R13519.92 which i do not afford and I'm the one who have to pay the bank charges they enjoy seeing unhappy customers as the bank but they always say moving forward.
