Standard bank debited acc without permission

So I am currently out off the country. Standard bank decided to clear my account of 14500 rand to pay for my outstanding cr card bill. They did not inform me that this was about to happen? I could have made arrangements to have the money paid in installments. But now I am about to travel from Bangkok to India and Standard bank has removed all my money? <br> How am I going to manage this? They could have sent me an email.<br>
