Standard Bank Debit Order Issues and Lack of Contact

My access account is meant to allow debit orders but Standard Bank keeps rejecting Discovery's attempts to withdraw my monthly fee from my account. Now, for the second month in a row, I'm defaulting on my medical aid. So I don't have medical coverage because Standard Bank can't get their act together. They won't return my emails or phone calls. I'm going to have to open another account with another bank just to get medical coverage.
