Standard bank DAY LIGHT *******

I wife was working for Standard bank and they granted her a staff loan without my consent as the husband I never signed a document nothing as her husband she left the services of STD bank and that is when I got to know of a loan of R250 000 which STD bank want me to pay as her husband a loan which I did not know about where I haven't signed how legal can that. She is unemployed and started paying R4000 PM via attorneys on this loan now for the last 5 years the loan balance is R450 000 for a loan of R250 000. We have asked now for to long for statements the branch cannot provide the statements or contract now for 2 years we must just pay for a loan which I don't know how it was granted without my knowledge as her husband and no contract can be found for the last 2 years . I am now at a point where I will now approach the Ombudsman for banking to assist us to get a statement and this secretive contract as her husband I want to know how it was granted and on what terms as I cannot be paying a invisible loan with no contract or statements from a branch or attorneys. This loan was not granted in line with NCA and need answers . Please contact me urgently
