Standard bank data purchase issues

I had called Standard Bank yesterday numerous times only to be transferred 6 times to 6 different departments for a simple matter.

I made a payment using my business bank card to purchase data and this is the 3rd day that the data still hasn't reflected. Vodacom has said that the data was purchased, however Standard Bank needs to clear it on their side.
