Standard Bank customer's money is not safe

I was ****med on my banking app whilst I was at the filling station Astron in Selcourt, Springs on the 22nd January 2025. Case number 058658. The very same day I called the Standard Bank ***** department and the consultant who answered my my call asked how it happened I explained how it happened. He then told me that my money was transferred to capitec bank and he sent a request to capitec to block the account. He told me to go and open a case at the police station and get an affidavit in order for the investigation to be done. I sent all the documents to the ***** department on the 23rd of January 2025 then I was told it is going to take 5-6 weeks to investigate. It took them more than six weeks. I wrote to their ombudsman but with no help. My money was in the Puresave account and it went out of the account no one could explain. On the 24th of March 2025 I was told they couldn't get the money they can only give R2500 as a token of just helping me out. I was told to accept it as there's nothing they can do. I lost R9800 then they want to compensate me with R2800? I rejected the offer as I have lost too much money just to be compensated with R2500.
