Standard bank customers calling my business reguar

Standard bank is ridiculous im getting calls to my business looking for their forex dept for almost 2 years this is both customers and their own staff calling <br> i spent days speaking to clueless staff about this and after finall getting to a customer service person was promised they would remedy this they are therefore aware of the problem. <br> They have no concern for how their actiions affect my business
