Standard bank customer service sucks!!!

I have been with standard bank for over 15 years now but I have received the worst customer experience ever that makes me what too close my bank account with them..I can't do instant payments and I'm running a business and been pass around from pillar to post until I got thru to someone who tried to assist i waited on hold for 30mins in a branch couldn't resolve the issue they promised to call me back im still waiting .I lost business and have to refund clients ..Im changing bank account im done with ****py service !!!!!
