Standard bank customer service really sucks

I have been tossed from one direction to another by standard bank. I had started to apply for vehicle finance since the end of Jan , I have been told too many stories. I need one person who will call me and tell me exactly what is the out come of my application. I call almost every day an no one ever gets back to me.
