Standard bank customer service provided by Lubone Gxagxa

I would like to let you know I have visited the parow standard bank branch with my partner and my partner have been assisted by Lubone Gxagxa. I am super proud of the customer service he has provided. We have never received this service before when visiting any standard bank branch. He was eager to help us and answered every question I asked confidently. He was friendly and went an extra mile with assisting us. I would like to suggest he gets a reward for the exceptional service he provided. He should really get promoted I feel he gives off a fantastic energy at Standard bank and others employees should really learn from him on what customer service is and should be.
