STANDARD BANK - Customer service does not exist
I have tried contacting Standard Bank a number of times to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT but I have not been able to get through on the phone. I even went to the Branch in Centurion and stood in the cue for almost an hour and had to leave because the cue was just not moving. Standard bank is charging me FEES every month although I am not using my account. I do not know what to do as I feel as I am being ****** & I am helpless. PLEASE HELP.
