Standard bank customer service

I recently opened a new account with standard bank and to be honest the customer service i have been getting over ther had been terrible until recently about 2 weeks ago .I spoke to a lady who was there to assist me ,patient and listening to all my concerns .I regret not taking her name down but i rated her .She helped me with everything that i needed assistance with ,truly appreciated that after all that bad service i had been getting prior .
