Standard bank customer care

The customer service is soo pathetic.I called it took almst 10 minutes to be answered and I gt an agent who knows nothing about my query transferred my call and I had to hold on fo another 10 minutes and no one came to answer and assist me.whats the point of having a customer care number that does not serve a purpose
