Standard bank ****** black clients

Standard bank wont release my fiances money they keep promising that tomorrow tomorrow we spoke to Bongani the complaints manager he promised the funds will be in by 7 days but still we sent a follow up email they said issue will be resolved by 23rd its 24th today. The bank keeps money to make profit why are u fooling your clients u? Our kids have been stopped at school we cant buy food or anything u are the worst bank and we gonna sue u for this.
