STANDARD BANK CRESTA MALL

This morning at 9.30am I tried to deposit cash into the STANDARD BANK ATM at CRESTA MALL. There was a small queue of approximately 6 people ahead of me. When it got to the ATM I noticed that the screen was frozen on some kind of "action" not fami**** to me. I tried a few times to REFRESH it in order to do my DEPOSIT - - in my hassle I deposited my cash into the opening as it became available & waited for the screen to request the acc details for the deposited amount - - to my HORROR a gents name & account number came up & requested that I CONFIRM the amount deposited - - - I. was shocked - - at which stage I called the security guard to tell him about my experience - - he was TOTALLY HOPELESS & DISINTERESTED - - I then pressed CANCEL & tnk goodness my cash was returned - - I wanted to take a Pic of the name etc show but was in a panic to retrieve my cash ASAP. This should be made available on the cameras & possibly the persons name can b retrieved as this MUST be yet another **** - - I have my deposit slip. & time etc on me - - this was obviously set up by the gent that was at the ATM before me. Asa PENSIONER of 73 - - I am noe r terrified once again to make personal use of this banks facility as I have had 2 previous experiences happen here.
