Standard Bank Cresta - Exceptional Service

I've previously logged a complaint with regards to Standard Bank listing me incorrectly (RCP not closed properly and fees accumulating) I had to get a letter from Standard Bank in order for ABSA to approve my Home Loan. Your Sandridge branch couldn't assist.

On Friday I went to Cresta Branch - WOW what a difference! The staff was friendly, very helpful and know how to make a person feel valued.

Firstly Ronetta Daniels assisted me. She listened and asked me to wait as she would have to get the right person to assist me. I waited not even 2 min before Nerasha Bisnath came out to assist me.

Very professional, well imformed and willing to assist. She immediatly picked up what the issue was. She explained everything to me and asked if she could assist by giving me a letter stating what transpired. Nothing fancy, just a letter to give to ABSA until I get the letter from your credit department stating that this account was paid in full.

I really need to comment Nerasha and Ronetta for the professional way in which they've handled my query. Thank you for what you've done, the rest of the Banks can really learn from these two staff members. Well done ladies, you roc****
