Standard bank credit master card duplicate.

I went in to my trans union profile and requested for my report and when looking at it i discovered that standard bank gave trans union information reporting that i have 2 credit master cards which shows that were opened on the same day with the same R40000.00 credit limit both of them, the truth is i have one credit card with them which i pay on a monthly bases.<br> i immediately rushed to the nearest standard bank branch Menlyn to query the info. To my surprise no one was able to assist me with my query, i was told to call the card division for help while in the bank which i did but still the card division didn't help and told me to call trans union, which i did while in the bank, trans union advised me to ask the bank to give me a letter that i have one credit card but they told me that they don't offer such letter. I spent almost 3 hours in the bank and came up with no help and my credit is affected. To everyone who has a credit card with standard bank please just check with trans union if you are also not part of the trick and those who thinks about having a credit card with standard bank please beware of such.
