Standard Bank Credit Life Bad service

I contacted Standard Bank in May regarding cancelling my home insurance only after a month did I get a response saying it was cancelled however the debit order was still coming off my account for June and July, they then apologized for the mistake but I am still waiting for the refund 3 months later

I have emailed and called numerous times however I still have not got a response
