Standard bank credit life

Hello I’ve had a credit with standard bank and I’ve been paying well since I took it and I also took the credit life with because life is unpredictable.... then this year around June, I was retrenched and they gave me my papers at work, I took the papers to standard bank and submitted everything for credit life purpose ... they told me I should wait for the call so that I can be informed if it’s approved or not, I waited for over a month and there was no call ... I went to another branch in mall of Africa standard bank, I went and explained to them wat happened and they called and checked for me, they only found out that everything was submitted but my ID was missing, they told me I should not submit the ID until I’m asked to do so.. meaning I should wait again, I had hopes coz they told me they saw my application ... since the 2nd of August I ddnt go again and check because I was told to wait for the call ... now they call me everyday that account is in areas and I have to pay the monthly amount and when I explain to them, they say I should go back to the branch and re-check my application... im tired of this people calling me about the same thing but not delivering my request on my credit life that I was paying ... their service is very very poor
