Standard bank credit is disgusting.

After a post last week monday, and then wednesday, i was emailed on friday by a gentleman named clint in their hello peter division.

Quite a rude gentleman, i was told that its a "contract" i signed which forces me to pay a card fee every month and some other fees.

Eventually it comes out that there is no contract, and that it is indeed recordings. fare and well, i explained what the fees should be according to my knowledge, and i also requested the recordings to back his story.

after that, i was completely ignored, no follow up email no reply whatsoever.

Clint my friend, when you read this just know you are VERY unprofessional, and you take no pride in your clients welfare.

i will be paying the credit card up and closing it, i do not have time to deal with *******, absa bank is an amazing bank and i will rather be increasing my credit limit with them. they charge NO monthly fees except for the repayment per month. you guys should follow in their footsteps, get people competent of doing their jobs and learn how to digitize.
