Standard bank credit card shock - to say the least!
How does your credit card work people??? You deducted R640 from my cheque on 25th Feb, then deducted R6, R172 and R52 on the credit card account!!! To date you deducted R670 for what? When i took the credit card your sales consultant told me you will only deduct R360 if i use the whole amount yet you took R670. I went to your branch and they failed to give me a proper explaination!
I request the sales call so i can escalate this to the ombuds in case you fail to resolve my issue!
