Standard Bank Credit Card Paid In Full But Still Showing As Owing

I have a Standard Bank credit card that was in arrears. Standard Bank handed it over to MBD Attorneys to collect the money. This company harassed me daily with calls sometimes twice a day. I paid the card in full with a debit order that MBD arranged on the 13th July. But my balance still shows as unpaid. I have contacted Standard Bank Customer support numerous times and not received a response other than to say I must contact MBD myself. The ************ woman at MBD, Olivia Hossein has not rep**** to my numerous emails nor does she take my calls. I sent the proof of payment to Standard Bank and asked them to resolve the matter but they have not done so. Why Standard Bank would even deal with such an ************ debt collection company like MBD is beyond me. These people have hundreds (and I mean literally hundreds) of complaints against them for dishonest conduct.

I want my credit card cleared and I would like my paid up letter sent to me and my line of credit restored.
