Standard Bank Credit Card is hopeless

The service from standard card is appalling, I have a spent more than 3 hours with the call center and my query is still not resolved...Technical Error is what I'm told and that IT is on it...since yesterday. Disappointing after more that 8 years with the bank, this is an emergency.
