Standard bank Credit card is a ****

I have visited my Standard Bank branch at River Square ( Three Rivers at Vereeniging) to enquire about the amount debited against my credit card. I have been paying my debit constantly always on time with no failure. To my surprise end of December/ January 2023, there was a debit of R12000 against my account. Apart from that I have being paying, but my account keeps on increasing not decreasing. I have not been utilising this card for long time, hence this surprise.

They phoned the head office to talk to me, but we couldn’t agree to anything. Secondly, my account has been increased by more than R10 000. without me been informed. My original credit is R70 000.

My request is to assist me to investigate the amount that I have been paying without making any difference. Secondly, why the amount of my original credit has been increased to R81 000. Lastly, that all the money the Bank owes me be reimburse to me.

Currently they are calling me and telling me to pay them R16 000, and an over limit of R11 458, how is it possible, but I couldn’t get an answer. Their reference in this regard is INFO***.Please help. I have since send my query to Standard Bank Ombudsman but there is no response to date.
