Standard Bank Credit Card has debited my account without any notice

Standard Bank has debited my account without any notice. They took most of my salary and left me with almost nothing making it impossible for me to survive this month. I don't know how to go about this. I have spoken to the Credit Card Department the lady I spoke to name was Eunice Langeni and according to her i'm unable to get a refund on my money that they have deducted from my credit card.

To give history on my situation, I was unemployed from November 2016 till July 2017. When I started my new employment I wanted to just find my feet in order to be able to commit to a payment on my credit card. I'm in my 3rd month of employment and don't know how i'm going to be able to afford petrol or anything for that matter.

Could anybody please advise me on this and what reasonable arrangement we can get to for me to get through this month. I'm still within my probation at my new employer and having the stress and pressure on me at the moment where I might be impaired to not be able to afford petrol to get to work.

Reviewer Update
I have just received a call from "Stanley Brodkin Maditsi Attorneys". They stated that my account has been handed over to the Attorneys. I have spoken to someone earlier this week to be able to setup an debit order for them to debit my account by monthly. Unfortunately the line was disconnected for me to give my banking details for them to debit my account. Now i'm unable to do that due to my account being handed over to the attorneys. There has been R1055.41 been debited from my account for a payment to my credit card. I'm really confused and would like for someone to clearly explain the situation to me.
