Standard Bank Credit Card Collections

Today I went to Standard Bank with all my documentation confirming that I am unemployed. I had just lost my job and thought this is the correct procedure to follow to avoid them from hounding me until I find a job and obviously continue with payments as per usual. The consultant turned around and said there's nothing they can do about it. The card must be paid every month. I asked how I must pay the card if I don't have money and a job but the consultant was adamant that the card MUST be paid regardless of the fact that I no longer work. I can't get a payment breather or anything,the card doesn't allow for that and I must just make sure that I make a payment every month! What the hell Standard Bank? How the hell must I pay you if I don't work? I'm looking for work but its not like I lost my job today and will start a new one tomorrow! That consultant was just as big of an ass towards me as well,talk about **** service and not giving a damn about anything but money. I am utterly disgusted in this poor pathetic service that was portrayed!
