Standard Bank Credit Card blatant misrepresentation and manipulation of banking codes.

Is it not time we report Standard Bank credit card division and it's disingenuous "Cash Finance Charge" to the banking ombud? There have been a legion of complaints about this charge, which is extra over and above the "Finance Charge" (presumed to be interest). Then there is a "Card Fee" plus a "Service Fee". (WTH?) Each time this beleagured bank tries to explain this "cash fee" it digs itself in further into the poo. One time, they said "Oh if you make a draw of cash using your card at the ATM, this is the finance charge"? Okay, so I draw R 500 on credit at the ATM and the "Cash Finance Charge" is R 155 ??? Then I draw nothing another month. The cash finance charge is still R150-ish. It's patent misrepresentation and violation of both consumer and common law rights.
