Standard Bank Costing me money and forcing me into overdraft

I have recently bought a house on sectional title. My first complaint is that they added Homeowners insurance which apparently should not be added to a sectional title as it is included in my levies. I have been trying to cancel this since the house was put over into my name on 8 March. After struggling on the phone for hours I went into the bank hoping to see someone face to face...but they put me through to the call center and again I spoke to 6 different people leaving me with more questions than answers. So for the last 2 Months I have been paying insurance to 2 different companies, even though I have faxed through all the documents requested by Standard bank. I want my money back. Secondly in the first month my installment came off as a stop order as well as a debit order (double deduction) I again Faxed through all documents needed and it took 3weeks and countless calls to get my money back, only AFTER I had been put into overdraft costing me unnecessary penalties. I want my money back. I THEN find out that my installment for the second month would be higher and I increased my stop order faxing AND emailing my payslip to prove it had been increased (so this month an extra +-R500 has been debited, which includes the homeowners insurance I have cancelled countless times AND the difference between the previous stop order amount and new installment) so this month I am going to be flung into overdraft again, causing more penalties. Give me back my money. The only way you can communicate with "back office" is through fax, I have been told. making their payoff line a joke "Moving Forward" Oh and let me tell you about Staff member Phumla Slaffa. working with her was like pulling teeth, I'd email the documents I thought she needed and she would ignore the email and again ask me for the documents. It ended with me sending the following out of desperation: Phumla... Please acknowledge my previous emails and tell me what I am doing wrong so as to not make it clear that I want to cancel the home owners insurance. To which there was no reply. If I'm sending the incorrect documents, tell me and tell me where to find/get the documents you need or even just what they would look like. If this is how first time homeowners are treated I suggest you never buy a house if it is going to be funded through Standard Bank.

Good Day Thank you, Miss Phumla got back to me speedily, however it is only the one problem that has been sorted (the home owners insurance) and as I understand it the funds that are being refunded are going into the bond account, which is of no use to me. Who is Responsible for my overdraft penalties? And finally please confirm they have received my payslip indicating the increase in my stop order and the letter indicating the same amount. Many thanks
