Standard Bank cost *******

I have been struggeling to draw cash at Pick & Pay even when I do my groceries shopping andcrequest a cashback. Alwayscdecline the card only when a cashback is requested. Went into the Std Bank Branch to check if there was something wrong with the card. This cost me R15.00 and said nothing wrong. Went to the retailer again same story card decline. Went back check again nothing wrong . Ask me to withdraw at the teller outside withdraw R100.00 at a cost of R8.00. It seems as they do not want you to draw money at a retailer as then they are losing out on bank costs. I contacted them via the banking app questioning both they just ignore this. It is realy a slep as now I need to transfer money to another bank to draw money accuring bankcost again. Seems that they want their piece off the pie come hell or high water.
