STANDARD BANK : CORNUBIA : MORE ATTENTION MUST BE PAYED TO ATMs

I visited Standard bank ( CORNUBIA ) near Mt Edgecombe in Durban on thursday 24th june 2021 to do a cash deposit . I made a special trip to get there . There are 2 ATMs there and both machines accept cash deposits . On this morning one machine was NOT ACCEPTING cash and the other machine was OUT OF ORDER . This was 8am in the morning and the bank only opens at 9am so I could not enter the bank and do the deposit . The question I ask is " WHERE IS THE OVERSIGHT " Who at the bank is responsible for these ATMS , to ensure that they are working and bank Clients get the service that they pay for . From the customer point of view the BANK has failed the test of OVERSIGHT and attention to detail . Please WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE .
