Standard Bank constatian branch -bad service-

I went to open up a business account to standard bank constatian branch in Cape Town, I am with a spousal visa that is 11(6)category, that allows you to study & work and conduct business in the republic of South Africa. With all my business registration certificates I was assisted by a business banker by the name BENI MARAWU, I was told that they can’t open a business account. Because conduct business was not stipulated in my permit, I have try to explain and asked her to confirm with the home affairs, she refused, and I have try to speak to her team leader to explain that home affairs doesn't stipulated any more on a spousal permit , it have change to 11(6)her response was is not her job to phone the home affairs , and I have tried to contact the regional manager. He asked me to email him all the documents and he will revert back to . He never did. And I have approach their bank manager, he’s response to me was he need to eat first before he attend to me For a bank to have such em professional employees is very bad and sad. I have a personal check account with standard bank and credit cards but the refusing to open up a business account that will be over 5 millions. And she referred me to go to fnb, I went and they have opened it . Now I’m using two separate banks
